Terry Vais

Chief Operating Officer

Since his start in the industry in 1990, Terry has gained experience in many areas of airline operations, providing him with the expertise he relies on today to lead ExpressJet as Chief Operating Officer.

Most recently, Terry served as ExpressJet’s vice president of Operations, Planning and Support. In that role, he managed all planning and Operations Control Center functions while ensuring the safety and compliance of contracted ground operations and strengthening partnerships that support ExpressJet’s passengers, team members and operation. In September of 2015, Terry’s position was elevated to COO, where he will continue to forward the company’s mission of being the industry best in safety, reliability and service, and supporting a workforce of more than 8,000 employees.

Terry served four years active duty in the Marine Corps before entering the aviation industry. Prior to joining ExpressJet in 2008, he worked as the director of Hub Operations at Los Angeles International Airport and held a number of senior-level positions at SkyWest Airlines.

Terry resides in Newnan, Ga. with his wife.

Denise E. Harvill

Vice President – People Resources

As a college student, Denise E. Harvill took what was supposed to be a summer job at United Airlines’ Denver reservations center. The job left such an impression that she returned after graduation and launched an aviation career that has spanned more than 25 years.

Today, Denise leads ExpressJet’s People Resources division, where she oversees the strategies and programs that support our team of aviation professionals. She strongly believes in an open and inclusive workplace that values the contributions of everyone and supports our people in their career development.

Prior to ExpressJet, Denise held various leadership roles in human resources, customer relations and international and airport operations for United Airlines. She has also worked as vice president of sales for British Midlands International (bmi) and Etihad Airways, and a Federal Security Director for the Department of Homeland Security in Seattle.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with Nikos, her English Cream Golden Retriever.

Bob Madigan

Vice President – Maintenance

Bob Madigan starts each day on the hangar floor. He is still as excited about aircraft maintenance today as he was when he entered the industry more than 30 years ago as a maintenance officer in the Army. Over the course of his career, he’s worked in a variety of maintenance functions including engine OEM, engine MRO, airlines and the U.S. military.

A highly experienced technical operations executive, Bob has held leadership roles at FMC Defense Systems Group, Pratt & Whitney, United Airlines, Aveos Fleet Performance and StandardAero. He has a strong business and finance background, and a passion for working with people and developing teams to deliver results.

As the vice president of Maintenance, Bob leads the strategic planning for ExpressJet’s Maintenance division, which encompasses aircraft maintenance at 17 ExpressJet maintenance facilities, engineering, quality control, production control, technical training and materiel.

Bob and his wife enjoy spending time with their two grown daughters.

Brandee Reynolds

Vice President – Inflight Services

About 19 years ago, Brandee might have been your flight attendant on one of ExpressJet Airlines’ flights, providing the same superior customer service she stands behind today as the vice president of Inflight Services.

In her role, Brandee is responsible for all operations, training and contract oversight for the Inflight division. When she accepted the position in August 2008, one of her top priorities was to refresh Inflight’s focus on the highest customer service standards, by way of more hands-on, interactive training. Since then, Customer Satisfaction scores, measured in Delta Air Lines’ quarterly Customer Satisfaction survey, have seen steady improvement, and scores for United Airlines’ United Promoter customer survey have also been very strong.

After her two-and-a-half years as a flight attendant, Brandee held roles as flight attendant supervisor, manager of Inflight Operations, director of Inflight Operations and director of Labor Contract Administration.

Brandee resides in Newnan, Ga., with her husband and two children.

Greg Wooley

Vice President – Flight Operations

In his past two decades with ExpressJet, Greg Wooley has served in nearly every division of Flight Operations, providing him with immense knowledge of the day-to-day operations of an airline.

After beginning his career as a first officer and upgrading to captain, Greg transitioned to flight training where he held multiple roles, including training program manager, line check airman, instructor pilot, and director of Flight Training and Standards. Following the ASA-ExpressJet merger, he also led the team that successfully achieved the new airline’s single operating certificate. Greg most recently held the role of managing director of Flight Operations.

As vice president, Greg is responsible for the daily operations of nearly 4,000 ExpressJet pilots, as well as other Flight Operations functions, such as training, standards, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Greg lives in Sharpsburg, GA with his wife Kathy and their children.

Kevin Wade

Vice President – Finance and Controller

Kevin manages the finances of a leading regional airline. In his role, he oversees and directs ExpressJet’s financial management strategy, including annual and long-term operating and capital budgeting, planning, forecasting and financial analysis. In this capacity, he is also responsible for managing contract terms with ExpressJet’s three mainline partners.

Kevin joined ExpressJet in 2005 as the director of Finance, serving in various leadership roles before becoming the vice president of Finance and Controller in 2008. Prior to joining ExpressJet, he worked in the Finance division at SkyWest Airlines.

Kevin graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and later earned a master’s in business administration. He lives in Peachtree City, Ga. with his wife, Tiffany, and their three children.
